Bryant K. Elder has been appointed director of business development for ICE AIR. The announcement was made by Mo Siegel and Ric Nadel, ICE AIR's Co-CEOs.

"Bryant brings extensive experience to our table," Siegel said. "We recognized that he exceled at moving the organization forward through collaboration."

"His proven track record of aggressive sales growth and his management style fits with our company," Nadel added. "He's going to make a strong contribution to our continued growth."

Elder will be responsible for helping lead ICE AIR sales by executing strategies that facilitate long-term customer relationships with targeted customers. He will be involved in planning, forecasting, and managing the process of the customer experience.

Prior to joining ICE AIR, Elder was an area VP for CSC Serviceworks, a provider of multifamily residential and commercial laundry solutions, where he managed a staff and accounts, negotiating leases and deals in the commercial and multifamily markets. Before that he was a regional sales manager for Star Group, L.P., a full service energy provider specializing in the sale of home heating products, equipment and services to residential and commercial customers. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University.
