DELANO, Minn.— Industrial Louvers, Inc. (ILI) announced the appointment of Julie Amundson as director of operations. She will support advancement of the company, continual improvement, and day-to-day operations.

Throughout her 24-year career, Amundson has driven continuous improvement through energetic, motivational, and consistent leadership. Prior to joining ILI, Amundson served as director of operations at Convers, Georgia.-based Hillphoenix. She also held the position of vice president/general manager for the Chillers Business Unit at Daikin Applied in Plymouth, Minnesota. Earlier, Amundson was senior pharmacy director at Express Scripts, based in St. Louis; general manager at Ingersoll Rand, Inc. and Trane, headquartered in Swords, Co. Dublin; plant manager at Parker Hannifin, Cleveland, Ohio; and business unit manager at TRW in Tennessee.
