As I write this letter, HARDI is closing the door on another successful year of regional meetings and the 2013 Congressional Fly-In. Judging from the feedback we’ve received, we are reassured that HARDI is offering members the content they want and the format that meets their needs. I especially want to highlight this year’s Fly-In, where we set an even higher attendance record than any of the previous years. The HARDI organization is as busy as ever making sure that the role we play and the events we provide are extremely vital in helping members carve out their competitive advantage.
I would like to announce that registration is now open for the 2013 HARDI Annual Conference with this year’s theme being “Evolve ’13: New Pathways To Success”. The theme stems from the ongoing HARDI Foundation Research Project and the groundbreaking results that will be revealed at the conference. The Keynote session “HARDI Foundation Research Project: Distributors’ Role in Demand Creation” will announce the results and present solutions to address key issues in the industry. The HARDI leadership is very eager about what this research project will disclose. To follow the project progress, visit the Foundation section on the HARDI website for blog updates. As a reminder, this year’s conference is Dec. 7-10 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. Visit www.hardievolve13.com for an excellent resource covering all details on the event.
HARDI has assembled an impressive slate of speakers to present relevant and valuable content at this year’s conference. The weekend is filled with many activities and sessions such as a Professional Development Program on Improving Employee Performance with a Performance Review System by Nancye Combs, HARDI’s HR consultant. In addition, all attendees will have a great selection of other industry experts available to meet with for spontaneous, informal discussions. I encourage you to maximize your use of the on-site resources HARDI is making available.
Best Regards,
Brian Cobble
