PEWAUKEE, Wis. — Distributor Gustave A. Larson Co. has announced the completion of its new training facility in Plymouth, Minn. The state-of-the-art facility trains HVAC contractors on the design, installation, and repair of ductless and variable refrigerant flow (VRF) zoning systems from Mitsubishi Electric US Cooling & Heating Division.
The new facility spans 2,000 square feet and is located at the center of Gustave A Larson’s 48,800-square-foot district office.
“The new center is a welcome addition,” said Bryan Schlager, general manager, North Central region for Gustave A. Larson. “Before the opening of this facility, training sessions were held without the hands-on experience, either in the field or at local Gustave A. Larson branches.”
Training classes are offered at least once per month. Each is led by certified Gustave A. Larson company staff, who instruct attendees on how to install and troubleshoot Mitsubishi Electric systems. The company held its first two-day training session on April 22.
