Plumbing customers who work with DSG will benefit from this expanded relationship by gaining access to a large array of solutions; DSG will offer more than 30,000 items from Kohler.

DSG’s Customer Service Guarantee makes three promises to its customers: 100 percent order accuracy, two-business-day stock credit, and the top 200 products always in stock. If there’s a miss on any of these guarantees, DSG issues its customer a $25 certificate to redeem on a future purchase.
