Alpharetta, Ga. — In an effort to provide customers with high-quality training and support to efficiently and effectively manage their HVAC systems, LG Electronics USA has opened a new, 4,100-square-foot HVAC training academy in Orange County, California, with interactive courses on the latest LG technologies.

The new training academy, located at 790 The City Dr., Orange, California, joins other locations from coast to coast: Alpharetta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; and Secaucus, New Jersey.

Sessions at the facility will include in-depth, hands-on training of the full array of LG HVAC technologies including Multi V and DFS installation, applications, commissioning and service. Contractors can sign up at lg.learnernation.com, or contact their local LG distributor.

The training academy joins other locations from coast to coast--Alpharetta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; and Secaucus, N.J.

LG also has launched a Telepresence mobile application. Now, via the app, contractors can get fast on-site troubleshooting from an LG technician. LG experts can provide contractors with real-time feedback and step-by-step instructions.
