ASPEN Refrigerants Inc. will retain its personnel and facilities

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. — The Airgas Refrigerants Inc. entity will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hudson Technologies Inc. under the name ASPEN Refrigerants Inc.

ASPEN Refrigerants Inc. is a strong product brand in the refrigerants industry with more than 10 years of recognized market presence, said Jay Kestenbaum, vice president of sales, ASPEN Refrigerants Inc.

“ASPEN Refrigerants will continue to operate with the same personnel and facilities as before,” said Kestenbaum. “We are especially excited to create synergies within Hudson Technologies so that we can deepen our customer and partner relationships through our combined services. Customers can expect us to continue providing the same great products and services we have been delivering for many years.”

ASPEN Refrigerants Inc. will offer the same wide selection of refrigerants, including its own ASPEN brand, and a full array of testing, recovery, and reclamation services.
