TOWACO, N.J. — Diversified Heat Transfer (DHT) appointed Jake Goldberg as president and CEO, effective immediately. Goldberg began his career at DHT in 1999 and has played an integral leadership role, helping to guide the company in achieving its long-term strategic goals, for more than a decade.

Norman Goldberg and Ken Kaplan have led DHT for 34 years and will continue to be part of the day-to-day operations as chairmen and advisors.

Fred Depuy has been appointed strategic advisor to its CEO and board. As a seasoned CEO with more than 25 years of leadership experience, 14 years as president/CEO of Aerco Intl. Inc., Depuy values his team above all else.
