MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. — Ice Air, a manufacturer of a wide variety of HVAC units for the new construction and replacement marketplaces, has appointed Bryant K. Elder its director of business development. The announcement was made by Mo Siegel and Ric Nadel, co-CEOs, Ice Air.

"His proven track record of aggressive sales growth and his management style fits with our company," Nadel added. "He's going to make a strong contribution to our continued growth."
Elder will be responsible for helping lead Ice Air’s sales by executing strategies that facilitate long-term customer relationships. He will be involved in planning, forecasting, and managing the process of the customer experience, something that has been the basis of Ice Air success over the years.

Prior to joining Ice Air, Elder was an area vice president for CSC Serviceworks, a provider of multifamily residential and commercial laundry solutions, where he managed a staff and accounts, negotiating leases and deals in the commercial and multifamily markets. Before that, he was a regional sales manager for Star Group LP, a full-service energy provider specializing in the sale of home heating products, equipment and services to residential and commercial customers. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
