BREA, Calif., — CoolSys™, a parent of refrigeration and HVAC companies nationwide, announced it acquired Arjae HVAC and Mechanical Services, which provides commercial and industrial HVAC installation and services, as well as sheet metal fabrication throughout the Pacific Northwest. This acquisition strengthens CoolSys’ presence in the region, while greatly expanding its HVAC capabilities.

Established in 1986, Arjae specializes in HVAC installation, service, and maintenance, and the full-service fabrication of aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, and copper for a broad range of commercial and industrial projects. It operates a 25,000 square-foot custom manufacturing plant equipped with the industry’s latest technology. Its team of dedicated project managers, journeymen and technicians work with clients across numerous industries, including retail, warehouse and manufacturing facilities, office buildings, schools, and libraries.
