BLUFFTON, S.C. – R.S. Andrews, a full-service plumbing, HVAC, and electrical company established in 1968 in the Atlanta area, announced its acquisition of local Bluffton HVAC business Covert Aire™. Covert Aire is a family-run business founded and operated by Mike and Theresa Covert in 2007.

Covert Aire serves both homeowners and local businesses throughout the South Carolina Lowcountry and Midlands area and the Sea Islands of Georgia with HVACR services. With the acquisition of the company by R.S. Andrews, the Covert Aire organization will expand their service capabilities and join a company with more than half a century of industry experience.
