BREA, Calif. — CoolSys™ has acquired ABC Refrigeration & HVAC. Headquartered in Syracuse, New York, ABC Refrigeration is a commercial refrigeration and air conditioning services provider in the Northeast that also has in-house metal fabrication capabilities.

ABC Refrigeration & HVAC serves supermarket, retail, and commercial businesses in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and New Jersey. Their service-solutions include commercial refrigeration and HVAC installation, service and maintenance, and HVAC fabrication. As a second-generation, family-owned business, ABC was purchased in 1976 by Carmen Ligoci and has grown from one to 160 employees. Carmen’s son and current owner, Joseph C. Ligoci, has maintained its commitment of providing the highest quality of services and precision that have been part of the company’s culture since its foundation.
