BEDFORD, N.Y. — Atlantic Westchester Inc. acquired PE Controls Services Ltd.

Atlantic Westchester is absorbing the PE Controls brand and onboarding former clients and employees. The award-winning Atlantic Westchester has been providing commercial and industrial HVAC services to businesses in the metro New York area since 1961 and looks forward to continued growth with this new expansion.

We are excited to welcome PE Controls’ former clients and employees on board for this new chapter.”

This acquisition will help expand Atlantic Westchester’s service offerings and the quality of services that it provides to clients, such as proactive HVAC service and maintenance; energy efficiency upgrades/retrofits; and BAS design, installation and service.  Charles J. Babcock and Joseph DiNome, principals of PE Controls, as well as three commercial HVAC service technicians, will join the Atlantic Westchester team.
