BREA, Calif. — CoolSys™ announced Beth Goldstein has been promoted to the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). Formerly serving as executive vice president for human resources at CoolSys, Goldstein is responsible for the strategic leadership of all aspects of human resources for the company.

We are delighted to see her grow into this expanded role within the organization as our human capital needs continue to evolve with the growth of the company.”
Goldstein brings more than 25 years of human capital experience to her role, having worked with a variety of private and public companies at all stages of their growth cycles. She has a demonstrated track record of developing strong organizational cultures and comprehensive leadership platforms. Prior to joining CoolSys, Goldstein founded her own consulting practice. She was previously the senior vice president of human resources for Smile Brands Inc. and the vice president of organizational development at Borders Books, Music and Café. Goldstein studied psychology at California State University and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Human Resources Executive Program. At present, she is a 2020 MBA candidate at Pepperdine University.
