DALLAS – TDIndustries has promoted Lauren Turner to senior vice president of Dallas Service.
Turner leads the company’s largest Service department, which provides maintenance and life-cycle support for HVAC, plumbing, and more.
Prior to TD, Turner absorbed a decade of process management expertise and mechanical experience as part of Lockheed-Martin’s missile and fire control production management team. She joined TD in 2014 as a process improvement specialist, using Lean methodology to continuously improve delivery methods. She was promoted to lead TD’s manufacturing group the next year. Under her leadership, the department had its best year on record, producing a record 5.7 million pounds of sheet metal without a single safety incident. Turner joined the Service team in 2018 as vice president and has guided it since.
“Lauren has demonstrated her ability to take on vastly different disciplines within our business and has been successful at each endeavor,” said TDIndustries President Graham Moore. “Her leadership, experience, and intellect help us better support our customers’ goals; however, her ability to develop every partner around her is just as valuable.”
Turner holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M, and a master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt- and Black Belt-certified and serves on several TD leadership councils.
