Description: Designed to provide instant connections to a wide range of internal thread forms and sizes for leak testing and fluid transfer applications, this product removes inconsistent sealing. The patented design incorporates a unique floating sleeve combined with a special collet achieve seals with 100 percent repeatability. A single connector will mate with many different thread forms including straight, tapered, or metric including ¼ NPT, a ¼ BSPP, a ½-20 UNF, and an M14 thread. Two styles are available: the lever handle actuated ZGNL version for use when a manually operated connector is preferred, and the ZGNP pneumatically actuated version for semi- and fully automated applications. Offered in four sizes to cover a range of threads from 1/8 NPT/BSP - ½ NPT/BSP, 3/8 - ¾ SAE and M10 - M20, the pressure rating is from vacuum to 120 psi (8.3 bar) for the manual version and 300 psi (20.7 bar) for the pneumatic version. The critical components are made from stainless steel and anodized aluminum for corrosion resistance and durability. The connectors are field serviceable and FasTest stocks seals and other wear parts to help customers maximize production uptime in the manufacturing facility.
