WAUNAKEE, Wis. — RenewAire has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Wisconsin State Journal. Organizations are selected solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measured drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, employee appreciation, confidence in leadership, and company values and goals.

RenewAire was recognized in Wisconsin State Journal articles with quotes taken from the anonymous employee survey including, “My voice is heard here” and “I am allowed to look into improvements in processes and lead projects to make those improvements.” Also noted were RenewAire’s comprehensive benefits package, monthly employee appreciation events, flexible work schedules, on-site fitness center, and stipends toward membership in a Community Supported Agriculture program.
