Hi Joanna, just wanted to drop you a note saying your article (CARB Proposal Offers New Options For Stationary Refrigeration Retrofits) is really good and helpful.  I have used it a number of time to help people understand the CARB proposals.  Your article boiled it down well and has some of the CARB “why/reasons” for insights.  I imagine some things were left out, or could have added this or that, but overall really well done.
