SEATTLE — Business Development Resources (BDR) will offer Top Gun Sales Excellence, its annual training session to help retail sales professionals incorporate the new rules of sales and customer service, in a live interactive online format over three days in October.
Top Gun Sales Excellence is a virtual event on Oct. 13-15, with each day divided into three 90 to 120 minute sessions. Participants will experience the same training BDR presents in its industry-leading in-person sessions.

Top Gun Sales Excellence uses interactive class discussion, skills practice, and video to lead participants through BDR’s proven home services sales process. Topics covered in Top Gun Sales Excellence include:

- Setting clear expectations with the homeowner
- Learning how to gain a review and referral
