ST. LOUIS — Wiegmann Associates celebrated its 25th anniversary. Wiegmann Associates has now engineered and installed more than $1 billion in commercial HVAC comfort solutions across 42 states.

“If you are just project-focused rather than customer-focused, your job is to get the project installed, get paid, and that’s that,” said Wiegmann Associates Founder Gerry Wiegmann. “We take a more long-term focus to make sure the client is happy with their system even if that means going back and resolving developments long after other contractors would move on.”

Wiegmann Associates is in its second generation of leadership. Gerry Wiegmann continues to serve as CEO and his son, Chad Wiegmann, is president, and Grant Wiegmann is director of Business Development & Preconstruction. 

“The biggest reason for our success is our team,” said Grant Wiegmann. “We’ve been able to hire and keep really good people who continue to innovate with technology and by developing new means and methods that give us an edge in the marketplace.”
