WILMINGTON, N.C. — Green Dot Home Services has acquired Island Mechanical Services of Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina, as of June 4, 2021. The expansion of Green Dot will continue to provide growth and HVAC service across the Carolinas, where they will now serve Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, and the immediate surrounding areas of South Carolina. This will be their second acquisition of 2021 and fourth acquisition over the last six months. The purchase of Island Mechanical Services will add to the South Carolina portfolio, including Columbia and Mount Pleasant locations.
