ST. LOUIS — Cambridge Air Solutions Chairman and CEO John Kramer announced Doug Eisenhart as incoming president. Eisenhart is replacing current president Marc Braun.
“John’s (Kramer) commitment to building a leader-led, not leader-dependent organization makes this type of transition possible,” Braun said.
“I have watched Marc grow in his role of president,” Kramer said. “He’s ready to launch and use his gifts and abilities to serve other companies like he has served Cambridge and I could not be more excited for him.”
Eisenhart has been serving at Cambridge as the vice president of sales and marketing as well as managing both the engineering and customer service teams.
“As I transition into the role of president, I’m optimistic about the next wave of growth and innovation currently underway at Cambridge Air Solutions,” Eisenhart said. “The long term investment in people, facilities, and product innovation builds an organization that is not leader-dependent for success. Our various functional area teams are engaged and improving things in every area, every day.”
Braun plans to continue speaking, writing, coaching, and learning, as well as serving the larger manufacturing community in his role as chairman of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence beginning October 1.
