PRICE INCREASES

Trane Technologies’ (Davidson, North Carolina) commercial and residential HVAC business announced a price increase of up to 7% on select Trane unitary, applied, and controls equipment (effective Aug. 7, 2021), as well as select residential HVAC equipment (effective Aug. 9).

 

MANUFACTURERS

Cambridge Air Solutions (Chesterfield, Missouri) chairman and CEO John Kramer announced Doug Eisenhart as incoming president. Eisenhart is replacing current president Marc Braun.

Baltimore Aircoil Company (Jessup, Maryland) acquired Eurocoil SPA (Bovolone, Verona, Italy).

Koch Air LLC (Evansville, Indiana) acquired Lathrop Trotter (Cincinnati, Ohio).
