BREA, Calif. — Controls Group North American (CGNA) members held the first ever Emerging Leaders Compass Group. The new Compass Group encourages and fosters collaboration amongst the next generation of HVAC and BAS Group leaders. This group is part of a pilot program that may lead to CGNA adding a second or third group.

This first step was a virtual meeting that will evolve to a face-to face meeting at CGNA’s Fall Conference taking place this September 27-29 in Dallas, Texas.
