SEATTLE, WA —The SEER Group LLC announced its twentieth acquisition, a majority stake in Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating Inc., in Newbury Park, California. This is the seventh acquisition for The SEER Group this year.    

Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating is an air conditioning and heating company that has been serving the Ventura County and San Fernando Valley for over thirty years. The company will continue to be led by partner and general manager Wayne Beck.
