After a forced cancellation due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, the AHR Expo was in full swing January 31st to February 2nd in Las Vegas, Nevada. The night before the Expo began, HVAC industry professionals gathered at Emerson and Addison’s pre-Expo parties. Similar reunions and receptions were held the next two nights, hosted by Armstrong Fluid Technology, Cambridge Air Solutions, and RGF, among others.
During the first day of the Expo, Danfoss’ Turbocor VTCA 400 compressor was named Product of the Year and during the second day, industry leaders from ASHRAE, HARDI, AHRI, NAFA, and NCI took the stage for a panel discussion about the current state of the HVACR industry.
Finally, Samsung HVAC America announced that it is working with Honeywell to provide advanced control solutions, which are expected to launch later this year and will be powered by the Niagara Framework.
