NEWARK, Del. — Strikepoint Group Holdings (SGH), a home services company,  announced it has acquired Monmouth Junction, NJ-based Olson’s Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. The addition of Olson’s into SGH’s portfolio of home services brands marks the second acquisition of 2022 and the eighteenth of the last 18 months for the company, formerly known as Horizon Group Holdings.

Founded in 1987, Olson’s provides heating, cooling, water heaters, and air quality solutions in the South Brunswick area of New Jersey, including Middlesex, Somerset, and Mercer Counties.

We’ve built solid, lasting relationships in our community and take our responsibility to customers very seriously,” said Olson’s owner Kris Olson. “Our partnership with Strikepoint will allow us to continue to provide top notch service to our customers, while also opening the door to new opportunities for both our business and our employees.”

Charlie Haines, CEO of Strikepoint Group Holdings, said his company is looking forward to adding another home services contractor to its family of established brands.

SGH’s portfolio of local and regional home services brands stretches from New England to Florida. It continues to grow by acquiring and partnering with other companies.
