MOGADORE, Ohio — TruTech Tools announced the addition of Eric Kaiser as a technical and education consultant.

Eric began his career in the HVAC industry as a service and installation technician, where he came to understand things like the value of combustion analysis and the "house as a system" concept.

Eric brings a variety of industry perspectives from his time in the field as a field service rep for a major Midwest distributor, as well as a training and territory manager for a major rep firm.

“Sharing knowledge and teaching developed into passions of mine shortly after joining the industry and I continue to give back by working with groups like The HVAC School, the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), and various other conduits,” said Kaiser. “I specialize in growing my knowledge through insatiable curiosity driven by a desire to fully understand the fundamentals and the science of HVACR and indoor comfort. I have watched TruTech Tools grow from Jim Bergmann Sr’s garage into what it is today and I am excited to join the team.”
