Casey Dill
As any HVAC distributor knows, digital sales are a key to market growth. Casey Dill has done a fantastic job of helping push Winsupply locations and contractors forward, especially within the HVAC market, by leveraging digital tools for purchasing and procuring inventory.
She has grown her territory by over 300% year-over-year and helped utilize customer feedback to improve their digital offering. She also works directly with contractors to help rightsize them with best-in-class quoting and software tools that the company has established relationships with, within the Georgia market. As a young employee, she has been promoted twice within a year and a half, going from an eBusiness specialist to a Senior eBusiness Specialist and then to her current role of Regional Account Manager - Digital Sales.
“I was introduced to the industry because of a mutual connection at Winsupply. She had nothing but amazing things to say about the company, and after researching it more, I instantly felt aligned with their mission to build entrepreneurs,” Casey said.
Among Casey’s accomplishments in her young career is partnering with the company’s data operations team to help revamp HVAC product data and item categorization for better user experience.
“My career goal is to eventually be president of my own HVAC distribution company,” Casey said.
