Travis Shull
An active member of his church community, Travis Shull is no stranger to building and maintaining productive relationships. And it was in a church group where he developed a friendship with the then-vice president of H.E. Myers & Associates that would lead to his being asked to join the company.
In October 2014, Travis accepted a position as a sales rep for H.E. Myers, and within four years, he progressed to the role of vice president. When the company’s president retired in 2020, he then advanced to that role.
But no matter what role he holds, Travis is always ready and eager to ensure customer satisfaction, promote sales growth, and provide support to other businesses. And the refrigeration industry offers the broad footprint, technical scope, and type of collaborative relationships Travis enjoys.
For him, work means speaking with customers, fulfilling quote/order requests, assisting his team with challenging projects, and hitting the road for meetings. Employing a macro style of leadership, he provides his team with autonomy but is ever-ready to roll up his sleeves and jump in when needed. Through planning and forward thinking, he ensures his approach to any task is both analytical and visionary.
In addition to acquiring the business of several large customers — a testament to the hard work of Travis and his team over the years — he has been instrumental in helping his department earn Meier Supply’s Rep of the Year Award in 2019 and Heatcraft’s Quota Buster Award in 2021.
