Crystal Williams
Crystal Williams knows how hard HVAC contractors and techs work. Her grandfather and dad were technicians in East Texas doing service and installs for the family’s company. When she was 15 years old, she started working alongside her aunt, answering phones and using a radio to communicate with technicians.
After college, Crystal began helping in a different way after her brother called to say the company needed help with culture and marketing.
“Of course, I said yes and the rest is history. In 2018, McWilliams and Son was getting noticed from industry professionals for our growth and culture, and I slowly started working with great contractors to help manage and organize their marketing while handling all of the McWilliams’s marketing and brand. That’s how Lemon Seed Marketing was born. I may be biased, but I think we work in the best industry in the world, and I’m honored to be a part of it,” Crystal said.
Lemon Seed Marketing is now helping HVAC contractors all over the country market properly to their consumers. Crystal has built her a very large and loyal client base in a very short period of time. She is constantly on the road speaking and sharing her knowledge and passion for marketing and advertising with contractors.
“I want to serve others and use the talents that God blessed me with to help other home service companies grow,” Crystal said. “I want to work alongside contractors that had a passion for helping grow great teams with great cultures and build generational wealth for their families.”
