Steven Woods
Steve Woods has been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years and is currently a valued team member with Atlas Care. He has worked within the company holding progressive roles for those 15 years after graduating from George Brown College in 2007. He currently leads a team of technicians and holds the title of field supervisor.
Steve consistently goes above and beyond for his customers, his staff, and his fellow peers. Any question that the technicians have at any time of day, Steve is right there to guide them. In a business that runs 24/7, that is a big plus.
Steve is an amazing problem solver. He is often able to solve a complex issue when technicians come across on-site challenges or salespeople are looking for technical advice. His has both the depth and breadth of knowledge in the HVAC field and is often able to give the recommendations that suit the customer’s needs right off the top.
His peers and clients alike respect Steve and all that he brings to the field. He has had a chance to see many changes over the years and brings his expertise with him to navigate those changes.
Atlas Care changed owners recently, and with that came a lot of questions. Steve was able to answer those questions for staff, coworkers, and especially the longstanding clients. He continues to be a strong support in so many aspects and is constantly ensuring the customer’s expectations are exceeded.
