LENEXA, Kan. — Kansas City and Wichita HVAC manufacturers’ representative company Jorban-Riscoe has expanded its ownership team with the addition of three new owners. Together, Ken Baxter, Mark Snyder, and Jeremy Brock bring collective expertise in HVAC engineering, operations, sales, and client service to the company. The new owners are committed to the company’s tenets of client satisfaction and employee satisfaction while maintaining healthy financial performance.
Jorban-Riscoe has provided HVAC product distribution and representation across Kansas and Western Missouri since 1947. In October 2021, Kevin Harre, Kurt Harre, and Mike Lorenz purchased the company after being long-time minority owners.
“Ken, Mark, and Jeremy are the perfect representation of the things we value most at Jorban-Riscoe: satisfying our customers’ needs while fostering a great environment for our employees,” said Jorban-Riscoe CEO Kevin Harre. “They do all of this while providing the highest quality products from our manufacturing partners.”
Kevin Harre, Kurt Harre, and Lorenz will retain their roles as CEO, COO, and president, respectively, while Baxter, Snyder, and Brock will elevate to vice president roles.
