Denver-based sheet metal and HVAC products manufacturer and wholesaler Hercules Industries has purchased Passage Supply Co. Terms were not disclosed.

Distributor Passage Supply is based in El Paso, Texas, with an outlet in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Hercules CEO Andy Newland said his company was excited about expanding into Texas.

“This acquisition marks Hercules’s 20th location nationwide and our first venture into the Lone Star State, further demonstrating Hercules’s ability to meet our strategic goal of rapid geographic expansion,” he said. “Hercules and Passage Supply Co. share near-identical product lines, similar family-driven company cultures, and notable track records of success in the HVAC industry for more than five decades. These qualities will ensure the seamless integration of Passage Supply Co. into our operations moving forward, and allow us to continue to provide quality products at competitive prices.”

The El Paso store will be Hercules’ second-largest, Newland added.
