The Air Conditioning Contractors of America introduced a
video series to help technicians pass North American Technician Excellence specialty
exams.
The four-part CD series, “Mastering
AC Service,” is produced to guide viewers in an easy-to-understand format. Educator
Jack Rise hosts the videos.
“The NATE Essentials CDs remain one
of the most cost-effective ways to train employees,” said Paul T. Stalknecht, the
ACCA’s president and CEO. “The value that employees receive stems
from being able to learn from the best trainers in the industry, at their
