A joint business expedition by two associations will explore the opportunities for sheet metal companies in China.
The Fabricators and Manufacturer Association and the Tube and Pipe Association have planned a Sept. 13-20 trade mission to examine the fast-growing country’s opportunities for those involved in fabrication. Attendees will have a chance to tour manufacturing facilities and meet with company and government officials.
“In addition, for the first time, participants can customize the tour by choosing what types of factories and technologies they wish to see,” said Nancy Olson, FMA membership and research director. “The itinerary will be finalized only after attendees provide their input. This new feature brings further value to a program that provides an in-depth look at China’s manufacturing operations and the Chinese culture.”
Sightseeing and other tourist activities are also planned. Visitwww.fmanet.org/Chinafor a complete itinerary and more information.
The registration deadline is March 31.
