HVAC organization the
Unified Group will hold a class on controls for members next month.
The March 15-18 sessions in
Nashville, Tenn., will teach about basic theory, troubleshooting related
equipment, sizing valves and operating signal generators. The sessions are
aimed at technicians with limited or no experience working on controls, Unified
Group officials said.
“Our
goal with this training session is help to eliminate the fear factor and
intimidation involved when a technician views a control panel,” said Julie
Bishop, the independent commercial contractor group’s executive director. “This
session, like all of our meetings, provides a great opportunity for our members
to share and learn from each other’s real world experience.”
