Johnson Controls recently held special training at its Oklahoma division headquarters.
Johnson Controls recently
brought Luxaire, York and Coleman territory managers to its Oklahoma division
headquarters for special training.
The April 26 to May 1
“special ops boot camp” at its unitary products headquarters in Norman, Okla.,
gave attendees information on brand strategies, marketing, in-home selling and
company software.
“The special-ops boot camp
provides TMs (territory managers) with the knowledge they need to guide the
business success of HVAC dealers,” said Natalie DeRousse, sales training
manager for Johnson Controls’ unitary products group. “Camp graduates represent
some of our best, well-trained territory managers. They leave the camp equipped
to help dealers implement programs that will ensure sales improvement and
consistency in marketing efforts while supporting dealer independence.”
All attendees were graduates
of a previous Johnson Controls’ “basic training” camp, earning scores of at least 85
percent on exit exams and working in the field for the last six months.
