Kingspan Insulated Panels will return to
Metalcon to showcase its latest standing seam roof system Oct. 6-8 in Tampa, Fla.
The
KingZip Insulated Standing Seam Roof panel is a pre-engineered, zip-up roofing
system designed to provide enhanced performance, according to
the manufacturer. The product is an alternative to traditional through fastened
metal roofs and a wholly integrated and complete roofing system. KingZip
features a two-piece thermally broken hidden clip design to help minimize
heat loss through the sidejoint and the possibility of condensation at the clip
assembly. Offered in lengths up to 48 feet, Kingspan representatives said
KingZip is ideal for low slope applications and can reduce energy consumption
up to 35 percent.
To see the KingZip, visit Kingspan at booth
No. 313 at Metalcon.
