Facilities maintenance supply
company Grainger published its 2010 catalog Monday, which includes more than
300,000 items - its largest list yet.
“As businesses and
institutions are challenged to find ways to do more with fewer resources, now
more than ever, customers are looking to Grainger to help them reduce the cost
of maintaining their facilities,” said company President Mike Pulick. “We
continue to invest in the products, programs and services that businesses and
institutions of all sizes need to keep their facilities safe, efficient and
functioning smoothly.”
New items added due to
customer requests including cutting tools, shelving products and fleet
maintenance supplies.
“Our customers have told us
they want access to the broadest product offering with high inventory
availability,” said D.G. Macpherson, senior vice president of Grainger’s global
supply chain division. “We’re continually adding to our product line and
investing in our supply chain network so that when our customers have a need,
we are poised and ready to address it quickly and accurately with a product solution."
