An official with Comfort
Systems USA has earned a certification from ASHRAE.
Timothy P. Staley, a licensed
professional engineer and senior vice president with Comfort Systems’ energy
services subsidiary, has earned a commissioning process
management professional certification from the American Society of
Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers.
The designation identifies those
who can design, install, test and maintain systems and equipment, ASHRAE President
Gordon Holness said.
“An ASHRAE certification
benefits building owners, employers and individuals,” Holness said.
“Firms who employ ASHRAE-certified engineers are better able to promote
their services, and individuals who are certified approach their design
responsibilities with greater confidence. ASHRAE certification helps
professionals demonstrate that they have mastered a certain body of knowledge
and can provide outstanding services in their area of expertise.”
