TDIndustries has started TD Lifecycle Intelligent Network
System to better service customers, the Dallas-based contractor said.
Known as TDLINKS, the real-time
operating platform’s first component, ServiceLink, launched March 8. The
Internet-based technology allows TD officials to monitor all building
components and systems.
“We are
excited about the launch of this new business platform which advances our
ability to serve our customers seamlessly and efficiently using leading-edge
technologies,” said TDIndustries CEO Harold MacDowell. “Through TDLINKS, our
customers and our employees (or Partners as referred to within TD), will both
utilize and expand the information and insights related to each customers’
facility for its life.”
