The
Institute
of Heating and Air Conditioning Industries’ 31st annual trade show will take
place next month in Pasadena, Calif.
The
show, which organizers say is the largest annual HVAC event in Southern
California, will be held from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Nov. 17 at the city’s main
convention center.
“If
you want to know what’s going on in the industry, you need to be at this show,”
said Lyman Lockwood of Calif.-based George Haney & Son, and the association’s
president. “It gives contractors a great opportunity to network with other
industry leaders, as well as a chance to check on the latest innovative ideas.”
Besides
dozens of new products on display, free business seminars will be available to
attendees.
“Attendance
at the trade show is a necessity for anyone engaged in the heating, air
conditioning, refrigeration and sheet metal industries,” said Jim Miyao of the
Southern California Gas Co. and IHAC’s trade show chairman. “There is so much
to see and so much to learn about. It’s an important day for individual
businesses, and for the industry at large.”
