The Air Conditioning Contractors of
America announced to has signed up 14 companies as corporate partners
for 2011.
The
program allows industry suppliers, manufacturers and others to demonstrate “extraordinary
commitment” to the ACCA through year-round financial and related support,
association officials said.
“The 2010 program was extremely
successful and the 2011 program is growing, because these companies have
decided to continue or increase their support of ACCA and HVACR contractors,”
said Paul T. Stalknecht, ACCA’s president and CEO. “Their commitment shows that
ACCA’s membership is a vital part of their success, so they are willing to
invest in and support the quality programs that ACCA offers to help contractors
be more professional and thrive in any market.”
The ACCA’s current chairman, John Sedine
of Engineered Heating & Cooling in Grand Rapids, Mich., agreed.
“It is wonderful to see that so
many companies throughout the HVACR industry continue to recognize the value
that ACCA brings to the table,” he said. “These companies are leaders in our industry
and through the corporate partnership program are showing that leaders’ actions
speak louder than words. All of our members should be pleased that these
partners are willing to provide extra support to ensure that contractors have
the best resources and tools to do their jobs at the highest level possible,
every time.”
