HVAC contracting and customer service expert Steve Coscia is slated to
give the commencement address Aug. 6 at IntelliTec
Colleges in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Coscia is the author of The
HVAC Customer Service Handbook, which is part of the IntelliTac
curriculum.
The schools' dean of students, Randy Flynt, said it was an easy decision to bring in Coscia.
“We selected Steve
Coscia as our graduation commencement speaker because Steve represents
everything that we would like our graduates to set their sights toward,” he
said.
Coscia said he was
honored to be picked.
“I hope to inspire the
students with the idea that their tenacity and demeanor will be just as
important as their trade skills,” Coscia said.
