McCusker & Co., a provider of HVAC warranties for consumers, is celebrating 10 years in business.

Company President Will L. McCusker founded McCusker Consulting in 2001, which morphed into McCusker & Co. a year later. It started by supplying service programs for the heating and cooling industry, but eventually moved into insurance protection for products such as smart phones and electronics.

Company officials are proud to point out that their call centers are U.S. based.

"We became the leader in the ‘on-shoring’ movement when we started in 2001," McCusker said. "We wanted to bring valuable jobs in technical support, help desk service and warranty service claims back to the United States to provide jobs for our nation. We have created hundreds of call center jobs in the last 10 years.

  "For the last 10 years, retailers and manufacturers have trusted McCusker & Company to provide valuable extended warranty protection on their products," McCusker added. "Consumers have also provided their faith in us to be there in their time of need. We are truly honored by that.”
