ARS/Rescue Rooter has purchased
Columbus Worthington Air of Columbus, Ohio. Terms were not disclosed.
Columbus Worthington Air provides residential and commercial HVAC services. The
company has been in business since 1936.

Privately held ARS/Rescue Rooter is a nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating,
plumbing and energy efficiency services.
