Add the Associated Builders and

Romney’s running mate.
Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts and presumptive Republican presidential nominee, announced the
42-year-old chairman of the U.S. Budget Committee as his selection Aug. 11.
The ABC, an early supporter of
Romney’s candidacy, said it was very happy with the decision.
"ABC endorsed Governor Romney for president because we
believe he possesses the leadership and vision that will restore our nation's
economic prosperity,” said 2012 ABC National Chairman Eric Regelin, the
president of Granix, LLC in Ellicott City, Md. “By selecting Rep. Paul Ryan as
his running mate, Romney reaffirmed his commitment to confronting our toughest
challenges head on.
“As House budget chairman, Ryan wrote a federal budget that
proposed practical solutions to the gravest and most complex challenges facing
our nation - challenges that the Obama administration and the
Democrat-controlled Senate lack the vision and courage to fix,” Regelin said.
