Bristol Compressors International has appointed Vicky Kiser as chief financial officer of the company, and John Young as vice president of supply chain.
Having served most recently as vice president of finance, Kiser will oversee all financial functions for the company, including cost accounting, general accounting and financial reporting. After joining Bristol Compressors in 2007, she served as cost accounting manager, assistant controller and controller, when she shared CFO responsibilities with the former CEO.
“Vicky has an outstanding record with our company, and I am pleased to announce her appointment as CFO,” says Ed Gniewek, CEO of Bristol Compressors. “The CFO’s expertise and input will be more important than ever in our focus on growth and product line expansion, and I am grateful for Vicky’s leadership as a member of our management team.”
Young will oversee purchasing, customer service, planning and scheduling, warehouse and logistics, and supplier cost productivity. His responsibilities also include the promotion of lean manufacturing, as well as improving best practices throughout the company.
“John is a proven leader in his field, and we are fortunate to have him join our team,” said Gniewek. “I look forward to working with him on key projects at this important time in our company’s history as we continue to focus on customer service, research, product development and growth.”
Young joins Bristol Compressors with 20 years of experience in supply chain management. He most recently served as senior consultant for Ultriva Inc., a company specializing in lean supply factory execution software.
