Emcor Group Inc. subsidiary S.A. Comunale has been awarded a contract to install HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems at Northeast Ohio Medical University Health and Wellness Center in Rootstown, Ohio.

S.A. Comunale will put the systems into a newly built 176,000-square-foot medical complex.
